Finding support can mean working through unfamiliar words, different services and a lot of decisions. A clear conversation is a useful place to begin.
We focus on recovery coaching, Level 2 support coordination and Level 3 specialist support coordination. Each has a different role, but your preferences and choices belong at the centre of all of them.
Before you start, we discuss service fit, funding, costs and how you want to communicate. You can ask questions, take time to decide and involve someone you trust.
