A website that welcomes you
Making support
easier to access.
Our website is designed with readable content, keyboard access and flexible ways to explore support.
How to use this website
- Use the “Skip to main content” link at the start of each page to move past repeated navigation.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter or Space to activate buttons and expandable questions.
- On smaller screens, open the navigation with the menu button. Escape closes the menu and returns focus to that button.
- Use your browser’s zoom or text-size settings. The layout adapts to smaller screens and larger text.
- If you prefer less movement, your device’s reduced-motion preference is respected.
- Each informative photograph has alternative text. Generated photography is illustrative and does not depict our participants or team.
Forms and service tools
The support finder asks two questions without collecting personal information. Every service is also available from the services page.
Enquiry fields have visible labels and helpful instructions. Required information and consent need to be completed before the send button becomes available. Validation explains corrections next to the field.
If JavaScript is unavailable or sending fails, you can still email jennofrie@supportstreamsolutions.com.au. Our resource guides and service information are rendered as readable page content.
Our accessibility approach
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We check keyboard flows, responsive layouts and automated accessibility results as part of development. Automated checks support this work; they do not replace feedback from people using assistive technology.
Tell us what would help
If a page is difficult to use, email jennofrie@supportstreamsolutions.com.au with the page address, what happened and your preferred way to receive the information. You can also ask about communication or access needs when making a service enquiry.
