Which support is right for you?
Your needs and the funding in your plan guide the choice. Here is a practical comparison.
| Service | Main focus | A starting point when… |
|---|---|---|
| Psychosocial recovery coaching | Your recovery goals, everyday life and support connections. | You have a psychosocial disability and want help taking practical steps towards what matters to you. |
| Level 2 support coordination | Understanding your plan, organising supports and building your skills. | You want to compare options, connect with providers or manage your support arrangements. |
| Level 3 specialist support coordination | Complex barriers and coordination across a challenging support environment. | Your plan includes Level 3 funding and you need specialist help with a complex support situation. |
Find more detail in the NDIS guide to support coordination. A conversation can help clarify service fit and funding before you start.
A few helpful answers
Know what to expect.
You can ask questions about your options before agreeing to support.
I am not sure which service to ask about. Where can I start?
Use the support finder to explore a service page, or select “Not sure yet” when making an enquiry. The finder offers navigation suggestions rather than a funding or clinical decision. Your plan, needs and service fit still need to be discussed.
Do I need to send my NDIS plan to make an enquiry?
No. A name, email and brief service preference are enough to start. Please do not send your NDIS number, medical history, plan or reports through the website. Relevant information can be discussed through an agreed process later.
Can a family member, carer or professional make a referral?
Yes. Use the referral page and confirm that you have the participant’s permission to make contact. Keep the message brief and leave sensitive information out. The participant’s preferences remain central when discussing any proposed support.
Where is Support Stream Solutions based?
Support Stream Solutions is based in Werribee, Victoria 3030. Contact us to discuss your location, service fit, current availability and possible meeting arrangements before booking.
Can my NDIS plan pay for these services?
That depends on the funding in your plan and the service you need. Level 3 specialist support coordination must be included in your plan. Check the relevant funding, how it is managed and the agreed costs before support begins; your my NDIS contact can help clarify the plan.
What happens after I make an enquiry?
An enquiry is a request for a conversation. It does not confirm a booking, availability or funding. Keep a copy of your message. If the form cannot be sent, the page provides an email option so you can still contact us.
Is this website an urgent-help service?
No. Enquiries are not monitored for urgent help. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. Visit the urgent-help page for crisis support contacts and use the relevant service directly.
